Immediately when I walked out of the office to go over the car I noticed damage to my front bumper which was not there when the car was wrecked. I do not know who damaged it but there is damage. It could have been the towing company, salavage yard or Abra. I do not know. Wendy suggested I call my ins and the other guys ins along with the guy who put my tags on. I pointed it out to both. The guy said it looked like. Someone had run into something. All I know is that damage was not done by me! Since it was closing time neither the guy or Wendy seemed to concerned. I told both of them if I hadn't just turned in my rental I would have not picked up the car. I truly wish I had come by and looked at the car before turning in my rental. I have reported the damage to my insurance and the insurance company of the guy who hit me. There will be an investigation. Also my windshield is covered in sticky paint spray that is visible when sun hits it. Back window that was replaced has damage to.the tins wich I did not see when picking up my car. There is a spot where tiny is peeling. I have been very patient with Abra through this whole process. I read they updated text and only call once or twice during this 3/4 week process. The rear body work looks great it's just the other things like damage to front bumper, paint spray on windshield and tint on rear window I am truly upset about. Wendy informed me.to contact someone else next week while she was on vacation. Did not write his name down and because I was expecting. Perfection on my car and wound up with other damage I do not have is name. Because I was called at 4:15 to pick up my car before closing at 5:30 I felt really rushed and I was just another # they were finished with. I drove the car home and parked it because I was so upset. Trusting it to be taken care of and it returns with damage that wasn't there prior to being picked up by two truck. Please contact me. At this point I am still to upset to rate anything. Cathy

Updates were timely and informative. We were advised at every stage of repair. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Even the car rental agent was surprised to see me back so quickly. He admitted that when he saw me drive up he thought there was a problem with the rental.
