It's never a good feeling when you're in a car accident. I felt that choosing Keeler to do the repairs was my best choice. I also found the staff friendly and assuring. (Although I did enjoy my rental) LOL

When I first contacted them about my problem I was put in touch with Kristina Westerville. Not sure of the spelling. I want you to know she went above and beyond of what was normal customer service. As I live 75 miles away from my nearest mini dealer it is a hassle for me to get there. It was January and it was pretty nasty and I had tapped a bumper and cracked my grill in that awful sub zero weather. She gave me her cell so I could send pictures to her and that helped a lot so I knew what to expect. I promised her I would not abuse it. I made the appointment for April thinking it would be better, but Mother Nature had other ideas. I still made it there and they were very accommodating, plus I got my oil changed and tires rotated and car inspected too. All in all very happy with my experience! Give them a 10 from me!

I had to make a return visit to Keeler because there was an issue with the car After I picked it up. A minor issue, but it still greatly inconvenienced me to have to return to Keeler

Mike**** said I would receive a phone call when the car went from the body shop to paint and then a phone call when it was complete. I received one phone call from Kristina Westervel, Supervisor, on Friday, April 13, 2018, stating that the car was complete.Mike**** said the car would be complete at the end of week of April 9th and it was complete as promised. I continuously received e-mails telling me that the car would be ready on Friday, April 20, 2018. Since I did not receive a phone call when the car went from the body shop to paint, I was confused as to when the care would be complete. There were some dirty marks on the sides of the car near the back above bumper. Tyler Court cleaned those areas. She removed the old wheel and old tire that were left in the back of the car. Kristina Westervel was most helpful to me and made herself readily available. Tyler Court completed the paper work today, April 13, 2018. She was very accommodating. My initial appointment was scheduled for February 28, 2018. One week prior to this appointment, I received a call from Kristina telling me that I had to reschedule. I asked for a reason. I was told of that the schedulers were not notified that the collision center was back logged. This necessitated calling customers and having to reschedule. I said to Kristina, this is a lack of good communication. I am grateful for all of you who had any part in the completion of my car. I am grateful that there are people devoted to doing this kind of work. Kristina and Tyler are to be commended. Thank you very much. Deeply Grateful. Mary Agnes M. Z

The Keeler Collision and Service team were very courteous and attentive. I was stunned when I was called that my car was ready 3 days earlier than projected. The area repaired looked perfect and when driving it I felt like it wanted to make me fly. Thank you all so much. I am grateful!

My only concern was how long you had the car for a minor repair. 15 days using a rental car with no snow tires was too long and expensive. Otherwise all good.

Communication was off and alot of things were not fixed that I specifically asked for before we got started with the work. Went into dealership being told car was safe to drive home and the car was absolutely not safe to drive home.

Kristina was extremely helpful and professional. She handled all my questions promptly and managed the whole process from start to finish. She is the key reason for my satisfaction. Of course the repairs were done very well. As long as you have people like Kristina you will have satisfied customers. Please let her know she did a great job. People often only respond when they want to complain.

This was the worst experience I ever had in which you had my car for 2 months, made me wait until you received payment for work that was not approved by either insurance or myself. I will never buy a company car from you or have service done by Keller for any car. This is coming from a customer who in the last 3 years purchased an X5 BMW and S550. Horrible services all around including management handling of this matter.

My car was not repaired as it was supposed to be when i went to pick it up after speaking to three different people regarding the repairs on more than one occasion. There seems to be a lack of communication amoung the staff. Phone calls do not get returned messages do not get delivered etc.
