In addition to the friendly and professional service I received during my recent collision repairs, I was additionally impressed with the “like new” condition of my car when I picked it up. It had been throughly cleaned inside and out. The friendliness and knowledge displayed by Tyler and staff, including frequent updates on the progress of the repairs gave me additional confidence that I was with the right dealership. I have and will continue to recommend Keeler to my friends and family which are spread around the USA. We are a BMY family!

The entire experience, from setting up the initial appointment to picking up my car, was nothing short of stellar. I appreciated the daily texts and personal calls with updates on the repair progress. I felt that I could completely trust the team to repair my BMW back to perfection and they did just that! Picking up my car and finding the interior to be spotless was an added bonus.

My car was supposedly completed and ready for pickup and suddenly, there was another amount added onto the bill -- although after we came to the office and spoke to all, we had to finally agree on an amount, it was really quite unsettling and surprising for a dealer of your stature to have a large additional amount added to on the very end -- when we were picking up the car momentarily. It was very upsetting.

When I first picked up car the paint had flaws such as bubbles and what looked like dust had been painted over. There was still a slight mark where the original dent was. They took it back and did a 3 step polish getting rid of the original marks but there was still some bubbling in paint. They kept for another day to wet sand. Paint looks good but is no way perfect and now has swirl marks from the corrections. I appreciate the customer service in getting the mistakes fixed but this is now the 3rd time at a keeler business, two at keeler collision, in which I had to either have the car stay or bring it back to get something I had worked on fixed. I am a keeler elite member and I’m actually afraid to bring my car in for its second detailing next year.

There are two blemishes. One on a repair area and one on a location potentially damaged during reassembly. It also looks like trim piece is not fully attached. Also the car was left dusty from the repair including dirty floor mat on drivers floor.

Very polite employees, I'd say. There was a somewhat short wait that felt okay when more than one person checked on us, offering water, etc. Thank you to Everyone for your warm hospitality.
