Not sure where to start. I dropped my car off for repair and was given a completion timeframe that fell within the length “30 days” of my rental agreement through my insurance. However, after dropping my car off I didn’t really get updates on the repair through Supreme’s email status updates like stated when I dropped it off. As weeks went on received notificstion that my rental was about to end so I contacted Supreme to check the status only to find out that my car sat and was not even close to being done after 3 ****/2 weeks. Thankfully Supreme said they would cover to extend the rental. After another week or two went by I was told the car was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, I realized that my car wad stated as finished, but the mechanics decided to take my full size spare from my trunk shined it up and tried to pass it as new. I confronted Supreme about it and it was oversight or accident who knows really. Supreme then had me leave my car there again to have the new rim and tire ordered. I was again informed that the rental would be covered. After, a few more days I was told that there would be a delay in the new rim and tire, so I was asked to return the rental which I did. After, I dropped it off, I received a charge from the enterprise rental for 5 days of the vehicle rental. Come to find out Supreme didn’t follow though with their aggreement to me in covering my rental. In my opinion, this collision center seemed promising, but in the end was an absolute nightmare. My recommendation for anyone needing work done would be to take it somewhere else, unless you want to be lied to. Geico uses Supreme as a preferred service, center, but I would not recommend taking it to Supreme.
There are runs in the clear coat on the rear of the car in a couple places other then what I noticed and pointed out to you guys. Sloppy painting.
It was done the day they said it would be and came out great!
While I was mostly satisfied with the work that was done, I was not happy that additional work I requested to have done at the same time was not done. This oversight results in great inconvenience to me should I opt to bring my car back to have that work done. In addition,
I felt a discrepancy in my bill was not handled very professionally. I just don't think there is any way you can make me completely satisfied with my overall repair experience.
From the time I walked through the door until the time that I picked up my car, I was extremely impressed and pleased with the service I received. I greatly appreciated the communication almost daily, about the status of my repairs. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient.
I originally told the workers I wanted my BSM (blind side monitor and it was never fixed). I was very clear on these instructions, I don't understand why this happened. In addition they called me multiple times, AFTER I told them I was picking it up because I worked all day on Friday and Saturday. I was just dissapointed because I was looking forward to getting my vehicle fixed 100% percent and waited a long time because I saw the rating of this place.
Janine and Nicole were fantastic to work with. Nice to know that any issues which may come up will be quickly taken care of!!
Everyone was so nice and easy to work with .My car was ready in less than 48hours .Gave us a rental car from next door.The only bad thing I have to say is Enterprise said we put a scratch in the car .We did not.So please take pictures of the car you are renting before you leave ,so you have proof ,not their word !!Supreme is wonderful to work with.

Did not keep me informed . Did not get done in time limit they gave me . I had to call everyday to check the status. There is still white stuff on my vehicle.
car rental could use an update. Offered pick up and another car. we used other car which was too small. those two were the only ones available.

I have just two minor spots on the trunk that need touch up. Overall my husband and I are very pleased with the workmanship done on my 2018 Avalon. We cannot say enough good things about the company and the employees. First rate!
