Communication was terrible! Beyond terrible. Nothing worse than having to call over and over because they keep changing the date on when it’ll be done without ever calling to tell you the progress or status. Repair was completed successfully. Would’ve been nice to know how long I needed the rental for instead of having to keep calling and extending every time they changed the date on the website without calling to let me know any information.
My car looks like it never had a break in and they paid close attention to detail, thank you
Im satisfied with the body workon the front bumper, but not the Uber under covering.I took my car back since the coverage under my vehicle is scraping, they looked underneath but when I turn our go over a speed bump you can still hear the scraping.

I found the team to be very cohesive in their communication skills and their workflow operation, which resulted in my truck being worked on and released timely and as promised. Such results cannot be achieved if the team didn't work well together and took their skill-sets seriously. Your team did a beautiful job on my truck! I was sad when I brought my truck to Chesapeake Collision. But I was happy as a clam at high tide when I saw how awesome my truck looked. It looked like it was just off of the assembly line. I was very unsatisfied with service.
I understand the parts delay issue was causing over 3 months repairing time. I wasn’t disappointed about that.
5 days later after I picked up a car I noticed small part was missing from front panel. I was so shocked to Chesapeake collision already knew that one piece was missing and didn’t even inform me when they released a car.
I feel cheated by them and not trusting anymore.
They think it’s not a big issue.
On the top of that, no one apologized until I started complaining.
A lady called me asap they had a part in but, I couldn’t be there right away.
I went back and got part in last Friday
I don’t think I will use this this company again or recommend anyone.

They were thorough in their repair. A quality job.
Workers were all really nice however, my car is still not 100% fixed. I understand that the company has a certain timeframe to close out tickets but cars should be fixed before calling customers to pick up. My crash censor is still on, I took my car back and it is still on. I was told that they will call when new censor comes in. This should have been done prior to me picking my car up. Now I have to go back a 3rd time missing time from my job. This is so inconvenient.

I would recommend Chesapeake Collision Randallstown to others. There were a couple of minor details such as the remote for the side view mirror that needed adjustment and the "Eyesight" light on my Subaru was on and I have to take it to the dealership to be turned off. The overall repair was good and my car looks good as new.
The young man that received and processed my Toyota was an excellent representative for your company.
