Very pleased with the rapid repair of my Acura TSX once the estimate got over to my insurance company. No biggie about the delay getting the estimate over to my insurance company. And Larry who did the estimate, explaining things thoroughly about the work needed to do the repair, along with Gloria who handled setting up my appointments for the estimate, vehicle drop off and pickup,both treated me very courteously and professionally. Really liked how my car was washed/cleaned up just before it was returned to me, the interior was very nicely cleaned in addition to the exterior. Appreciate the good attention to details overall.

Work was very professional. Front office staff could build on their customer service and multitasking skills. They fail to acknowledge customers immediately. They will continue their conversations with each other without at least stopping for a moment to greet the customer and say they will be with us in a moment or two. It does not make one feel wanted or appreciated. To their credit they are helpful and friendly once you have their attention.
