The car looks great and was done very timely. The service I received was also amazing. I would strongly recommend King Collision!
My appointment was set for January 31 at 4 PM for nearly 3 weeks. During that time frame I never heard from anyone at King Collision once. Then suddenly on the 31st I get a voicemail stating that I have to bring my car in by 2 PM because they are closing early. First, New Year's Eve isn't a holiday. Second, I should have been notified way more than 3 hours in advance of needing to drop off my car early. The appointment was set for THREE WEEKS. It was extremely in professional to call me the day of when there were several weeks to call and inform me of the change.
Because the change was so last minute, I was not able to take my car in that day, and since the next day was a holiday, I had to wait until 4 PM Wednesday the 2nd. When I called back about the voicemail on the 31st, the woman on the phone told me I should just bring my car in that day and leave my keys in the mailbox. Apparently allowing my car to sit out on a busy street for 2 days with no employees around seemed like a good idea to them. The entire process was extremely unprofessional. Not to mention they apparently forgot to tell Enterprise that my appointment was for 4 PM and I also got a call from Enterprise as well telling me that I had to leave work early and come in by 3 because they were also going to close early for the holiday despite my standing appointment.
The physical work done seems satisfactory, but I will never work with this repair shop again and I will not let my friends or family deal with them either. I will make sure the insurance company knows to take King Collision off their list of guaranteed repair shops in the future.
Best service ever. Tony was my specialist, he was friendly and responsive. My car looks great, they went above and beyond. I'll use King Collision in the future, for sure!

The entire experience was great, from drop off to pick up. Everyone I interacted with was very polite and and knew their job well. The work was completed in the time frame given and looks great. My vehicle appeared to have been detailed both inside and out...looked great. I really appreciated the loaner car, the person who had the car before me smoked and wore really bad cologne...I would detail the inside if you had time. That would be the only negative. I did not get the front desk Lady's name, Black female with glasses...she was great both drop off and pick up. Tony was great as well. Thanks so much, William C

Car looks beautiful, however the exterior temperature gauge no longer works.
When I dropped off my vehicle for the repair,I asked to show the damages again just to be sure everything would be fixed. My request wasn't accepted and when I went to pick up my car there was still some damage and my car had to go back for 3 days creating an inconvenience a major inconvenience.
I have used King collision at least three times and I am completely satisfied with the body work and interaction with the front desk and Keith. I was very disappointed that my battery was dead when I came to pick up my car and a staff member had to jump start the car. Later that night after leaving a work function, my battery was dead again and I had to be jumped.
