It took almost 2 weeks for a small job to get done. When my car was first dropped off I would get almost daily “updates” on the progress, which was no progress so it was really just an annoying email. Then was told my car would be done “mid week” and all of a sudden I wasn’t getting any emails on the actual progress so I was in the dark.
