Very nice customer service and employees were helpful. Easy repair, only disappointment was time of repair delay (scheduled for February in December) but I understand why your company is busy!

Although I am happy with the quality of the work done to my vehicle my repair was delayed by three days with very little communication other than when I would call daily to check the status.
I also found that the interior of the vehicle had quite a bit of dust on the dash and the floor of the cargo area.
The repairs were done well, but I believe that they duffed the trunk lid and scratched it
I had an amazing experience with Quality Collision. The Quality Collision team is what made it so. Jodi at the front desk contacted me at critical steps of the repairs so that I was up-to-date at all times. She is an incredibly genuine individual. I have never experienced a person as kind as she is. Sheila was also a fantastic person. She took the time to speak with me at-length at during the quote process. Justin P. in repairs also showed how dedicated he was to ensuring my vehicle would be taken good care of. They should all be commended for a job well done. Side mirror control is not right - it moves up and down and left, but not to the right - it seems stuck. I had already returned the keys to the rental before I discovered the problem.

Would like to thank everyone involved in the repair process. Everyone was very courteous and helpful along the way. The daily messages and emails made the process very personable. All the repairs were very professionally done and the car detailing that was done prior to pick up made the vehicle look brand new.
