Everything from working with GEICO to getting the rental car and setting everything up with Glidden went extremely smoothly and was very painless. The staff at Glidden were amazing, especially when I asked them to get something from my car for me and they didn't complain at all. The wipers were not correctly aligned, only noticed when I got home, passenger side would not return all the way down. I fixed it myself as it was easier then returning to Glidden. Otherwise the work looks good, though I won't be fully satisfied until some time has gone past and I can see the results holding up. Your front desk customer service was excellent, that at least I can say now.

Glidden did an awesome job but we had a question about geetING a chip repaired with the geico representitive and it wasn't until we came to pick the vehicle up when he called with us there. Short story we could have gotten the chip fixed before picking vehicle up
