The paint work was very well done. Although the emails I received from corporate Abra were pointless and gave me absolutely no information ("your car is happy" ??) Jonathan Ramos was consistent and informative in his phone calls to me about the progress of the work and I never had to call him to get an update, he called me regularly. He exceeded my expectations as far as keeping me informed. He's very good at his customer service position and presents a point of contact that makes you feel that Abra wants their customers to be satisfied. There were a couple of minor disappointments in the work but I have been encouraged by Jonathan to come in and have one of them addressed. Overall the experience was much better than I initially expected and I would use Abra again should I need body work.

Very satisfied with the job done, it was complete on a timely manner and the staff were awesome! Very polite from when I walked in to drop off my vehicle to picking up my vehicle. Rental car was ready and didn’t have to wait too much. All staff were respectful and great! I totally recommend Abra Auto Body Shop! Thank you guys!

Abra and their staff did a great job keeping me informed on the process of repairing my van. Johnathan was very polite and knowledgeable and I appreciate how he kept me in the loop. The front office staff was very polite and welcoming as well. I will definitely use Abra and refer friends to them. Although I hope I wont need them.

I felt that your shop didn’t fully listen to all my problems. I had a impact on The back of my truck and I was telling your manager wile we were accessing the damage to my truck about my doors making a popping noise that I noticed after the collision. He right away said that the insurance would not cover the door problem because it was a impact from back of the truck. He then called me to let me know my truck was near completion and I asked him about the door problem and he acted like he forgot about it. Then he called the insurance company about the doors and then called me back and said they wouldn’t cover the doors. After I made several calls to the insurance company they finally told me that your manager said he couldn’t tie it to the collision. I then called him and told him what they said and he said that’s not what he said. So with the final outcome of the doors not being repaired I felt he never really listened to me about the problem.

I was not happy with personal experience as it took a longer time to get on the schedule than I thought it should and to be called back also getting a out of pocket quote also we felt that the out of pocket was not as important to abra then the insurance repair. Bottom line it just all took much too long.
