I got my car home only to find a burning smell. My neighbor popped the hood and there is NO oil in the car. My washer fluid light was on so I decided to put fluid in It only to have it dump all over the ground. There is a huge hole in the container. I called tonight, to be told I would receive a call tomorrow morning. I expect my car to be picked up and repaired properly within the week. Extremely dissatisfied. They had the car for over six weeks. I am one very unhappy customer who will never refer anyone. I also expect answers as to how something like this can possibly happen.
