The best customer service I have received in dealing with a claim. I am also the agent in this case as well as the client. REAM Auto Body staff went above and beyond! I am relieved in knowing that my Farmers Insurance Clients are able to use REAM Auto body to repair their autos. Well Done!!!!!

I brought my car after requesting Ream to my insurance. Thereafter all communications that were written were addressed to my husband even though I own the car and it is registered in my name. This hinders communication and reflects an earlier sexist bias. Ream is a great place but I would work on this one area. The people are otherwise very nice and provide prompt quality service. Thank you Ream!

The entire experience from the estimate to the communication during the repair to the job itself was outstanding. Friendly, welcoming, family like atmosphere and even fast!
