Cody was wonderful to work with. He kept me updated on the status of the repairs on my car and let me know the process and when it was ready to pick up once completed. He let me ask questions and he spoke in a way I could understand. I would recommend. I also appreciate the receptionist, she scheduled me in quickly and was always pleasant to work with. This was the longest I have ever had a vehicle repaired in my whole life. The vehicle was delivered to your shop on or about February 01, 2019 and the vehicle was not returned until April 11, 2019. I understand there was a lot of damage but that was a crazy long time. We still have a some things with the vehicle that needs to be addressed but over all it does look good.

Abra Auto gave us up to date texts which I really liked. When we picked up our car, we were surprised to find that they even took the time to take care of a few scratches we had on our dashboard. Which was outside their scope of responsibility.

Missed trim scratches never recieved a promise date but always get messages saying ahead of schedule when was told it ready didnt even complete what was dispose to be done. **** month for what was told minor repairs still dont have car

Joshua was fantastic about keeping me updated. He went above and beyond to ensure my car came back to me fully charged, and was incredible helpful when I picked up and there was a mark (that turned out to be NOT from you guys, but he buffed it out anyway) and a screw in a tire. Still have no idea whether the screw was picked up at Abra or before, but he was amazing about it either way. Seriously, Joshua is spoiling your customers for any other business, ever. :)
