The repairs on my car look great! The inside of my car not so much.The whole interior is covered with dust as if every window was left opened. Not Happy about that.I have had work done there before and haven't had to clean my interior after.

For some reason, the folks at the Abra shop simply could not locate the key fob, which the towing company said had been left tucked up in the front driver’s side wheel well. This resulted in me having about a dozen calls with Abra and with the towing company, trying to communicate to Abra where the towing company said the fob had been left, and since it didn’t appear to be there according to Abra, trying to figure out where the fob really was. Finally my son went down to Abra, bent down to have a look in the wheel well, and found the fob literally instantly. All of these calls were incredibly frustrating, probably took me an hour or two over the course of several days, and totally unnecessary it seems... That having been said, once the repairs were under way, everything went very smoothly.

Abra was amazing! I have a brand new 2018 Ford Super Duty with tons of upgrades. My truck was rear ended and rear bumper and tailgate was replaced. Abra gave me daily updates and had my truck back to new, if not better, than before the accident! Their customer service was nothing but the best and I will use them and recommend them to everyone! This isn’t my work truck, but Abra got me back on the road as if it was! Take your vehicle there, you will be blown away by their workmanship, attention to knowing the importance vehicles have to us all and just the sheer satisfaction that you’ll be getting a product that’s even better than what you brought to them!

There was a scheduling issue. The local team did a great job getting our car to aanoyher another location. But with the car going to another location some things were missed. There was a scratch on the right front that was supposed to be repaired but was not. Also, despite our car being completed, no one contacted us. When I called to get an update I was told To call the contracted towing company to get a time estimate. Overall about. 7/10 experience.
