The staff called right away to schedule me to come in for estimate. They completed the repairs sooner than expected. I appreciated that I could leave the Enterprise rental at the shop!

I paid the remainder of my deductible and my vehicle was brought to the front of the store for pick-up. No member of C&D walked me through the work or inspected my car with me. I was only given my keys and advised where to collect my vehicle. I noticed two areas that are not to my satisfaction. ****. the lower portion of the bumper with the two inner reverse sensors shows sign where there were holds cut to fit the sensors as if an after market product was used that did not come with pre-cut holes. It looks terrible and I compared this with other Volvos. It does not look good. 2. The stainless steel bumper bumper guard plate was not mounted in the correct position. It overlaps the bumper, resulting in an an edge. I also validated this other Volvo XC90s, confirming the improper placement.
