I had to bring it back twice just to get it fixed. First time had a burn mark, second time had extra parts laying in vehicle, it was not cleaned, and marks on the new door. Very disappointed.

While the work done is well above and beyond stellar, i only wish that the plastic shipping stickers on the floor mats would have been left there as they were very good at cleaning up salt and road dirt that i had tracked in.

I did have an issue with the light that Preston replaced which was scratched and had a blue paint mark on the drivers side light, but I brought it to your attention and it was taken care of.

Well the knew car smell left. I would like to know what they used inside to make it smell so good. And you can tell the mechanics to keep up the good work. You can also tell the clean up crew job well done.

When we arrived to pick up my truck we noticed immediately that there was rubbing compound splashed all over the side of the truck that was repaired and driver side window. It was obvious that the person in charge did not even look at the truck because the rubbing compound was everywhere especially noticeable on the window. My husband and I spent several hours cleaning it off.
