One minor thing though, noticed there were hand prints and some sort of **** smudges on the driver sun visor and on the ceiling too.

It took 3 appointments before we were able to get the car in for estimate and repair. Once the car was in for repair we initially had good communication on the status of the work. As it drew out the updates became generic text updates and I had to call in several times per day. In the end it took nearly a month to get the car repaired.
