I signed up for text updates to my cell phone, but didn't receive any. I was not informed when the vehicle repairs were completed. Instead, Kim at the front desk called my cell phone and berated me for not picking up my vehicle the previous day. I told her I wasn't told it was ready. Instead of apologizing, she implied that I was lying about not being contacted. Because of her hostility, I would choose a different repair shop for future jobs, which is too bad because Andy the mechanic was terrific to work with. But I have enough stress in my life. I don't need to have to manage an angry receptionist, especially when I am the customer.
