First, Bill Klein was absolutely fantastic throughout my entire process. With that being said, I received multiple emails on Monday stating that my vehicle was done and how I like my service etc. I did not actually get the car back until Wednesday (4-5-17) because it was not completed. Insurance stopped paying the rental car fee on Monday because insurance was notified my vehicle is complete. Enterprise did say they would attempt to rectify the situation, as of yet I have not seen a refund for the extended rental service.
My vehicle went into the body shop with a completely destroyed rear window and body damage. Understanding how dusty a body shop can be interior my vehicle is spotless. I'm sure the techs took a great amount of time to cover the interior. My problem however, is how that barrier was held in place, since both front seat belt will now not retract. I use them every day and know that it did not go into service with a seatbelt issue. Whether or not the seatbelts were used to hold a barrier in place is really not the issue, it now has just created another service call and downtime for my vehicle.

Despite the face that it took 2 weeks instead of 5 days for my car to be completed, the situation was handle very professionally. I will certainly recommend Team Toyota to my family and friends.
Specifically requested all new parts and received a refurbished bumper. Piece of saltine cracker on dash and a few light stains on passenger seat. Backup camera no longer functions properly. One side of trunk lid slightly raised. All things I can adjust/repair on my own. Only real concern is the plastic tarp residue apparently temporarily baked onto my vehicle somehow. Not the end of the world but "completely satisfied" wouldn't quite be a fitting description for me. Staff/general service individuals were nice and helpful but the actual repair team may need a slight refresher course. Overall experience 7/10, thanks

Tesm Toyota told me the collision repair to my car was completed on Friday. I could not pick it up on Friday. I tried to pay over the phone and they could not find my paperwork for me to pay.
I have received text that the work is completed again today flowed by a text saying that I have picked up my car. I still have yet to pay for or pick up my car. Was placed on hold as I called as was my family. Was told they would return my call. Team Toyota service is now closed and not open on Sunday which leaves me without a car until Monday, that is if my paperwork can be found so that I may pay.

I had to wait a bit because when my car was returned to me the tire still had the original scuff on it.
I told someone about the noise my car now makes, it was written down and returned Ronnie with the same noises. Called and they stated i could bring it in when I am available but I will need another rental. Extremely inconveniencing.

The body shop team at Team Toyota is completely disorganized. They told me 4 times over the course of 3 weeks that my car was "going to be done the following day." They got it right on the 4th try. So I guess **** for 4 isnt bad. They lied to me several times, and they didn't complete the repair so my car has to go back to the shop.

Team Toyota Collision Center is a high quality, customer service oriented business. I was kept up to date during the entire process with frequent updates. The staff answered all my questions and managed all the interactions with my insurance company (USAA). They kept me informed of all the details of my car's repairs. The repair work was also excellent and beyond my expectations and was even repair a week ahead of schedule. All the staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful and professional during the entire process. I was particularly impressed with Juliana and Steve who guided me through the entire process. I would definitely recommend Team Toyota Collision center without reservation.

It took to long to get my car back. I did not rent a car so I was completely with out I transportation consequently I was dependent on some one to at least get me to the grocery store. Although the service team were totally professional, I have concern about the quality control of the repair, the invoice detailed fewer parts than what was originally quoted. The representative and I then inspected the vehicle and in fact one part that was originally listed for replacement was not replaced. Of course I cannot completely inspect the entire job but it does make me wonder why a technician would reinstall a broken part and What else could be wrong with the repair.
So far, so good. And the car detail was great as well.

The only problem I had was when I came to pick up my vehicle, I wanted to check it out and make sure everything was perfect after all it is a brand new vehicle. The man was rushing me to had off the paper work and get me out te door. He was very rude.
However, anyone who called me during the time the repairs were being done were very professional and answered all my questions.
My overall experience was pretty good. I just wish the last impression was a better one since the last impression is the lasting impression. Such a shame.
