I got a text saying my car was done. Made plans accordingly, then got a text saying it wasn’t done and it would be done the next day (Friday). Then got a call Friday saying it would be done on Monday. Yikes.

I originally brought my car on in 2/28/19 in preparation for my appointment scheduled for 8:00 AM on 3/**** to replace my front bumper. On Friday afternoon, I called to ask about how long it would take and when I asked it if it would be done by Monday afternoon 3/4, I was ensured "oh yes, of course." On 3/4 it was not completed. The woman working apologized for her miscommunication and ensured that someone would "of course" call me by Monday the 3/4 with the update. I was then told that my car should be completed by mid week of the same week. I received no communication until Friday, 3/8 in which I received an apology for the lack of communication and information that a bracket was back ordered. On Monday 3/11 I called and the car was still not ready. I was called on 3/19 an informed that my car was complete. I am disappointed in the the lack of communication. I understand that repairs take time but there is no reason for such a disconnect. I will not chose Abra Auto again due to this experience.
