Pretty disappointed with the communication of the work. I originally told my repair would be completed before a scheduled trip I had even if it required additional work. I then discovered the insurance commitment had not arrived I also later discovered the date was pushed back beyond my departure date. Never received updates and had to always keep calling in to find out what was going on. Was not given an upgront estimate or explanation of the repairs, only was referred after the fact to the bill. Overall I had much higher expectations as to how and when I would be kept in the loop.

There seems to be something not right with part of the paint above the repair. It looks like faded paint spot. Not anything to do where it was repaired. You have to look at it from a angle to see it. It looks like to much compounding in a area to blend it the paint job which is lower. My wife did not notice it but I did.

It was a good experience
My bumper is a completely different color from the rest of my car and not all of the repairs were finished. Extremely unhappy. I trusted them to fix my car and so did my insurance, NJM. They were not specific when telling what they were doing to my car but I assumed they knew what they were doing and I didn’t worry. Now I am going to have to bring my car back in the hopes that the problems are fixed. So another few days without my car. Extremely unsatisfied and very very angry.
