The experience with BC Collision was seamless. Communication was frequent and thorough. One of the mechanics even stayed after hours when I had to pick up my car to make sure it worked because we found out it needed a battery replaced. The work was exceptional. Well the car has some buff scratches on left fender where there was none previously and there was a sizable chip in the rear stop light that was painted under warranty that wasn’t fixed and they had it 5 days with no paint work took too long for what they did

The rear bumper isn’t completely flush (at the end) as it should be. If I lived closer to the repair shop I would’ve brought it back in but I don’t really think
It’s worth the hassle to make the drive. it appears that the repair shop has an issue with finishing touches as the work on my front bumper has a similar issue.
