Despite the unfortunate circumstances which led to my car being at your facility, the repair process was excellent. Everyone at Plaza Body Shop was very pleasant to work with and kept me up to speed regarding progress of the repair. I always received a call when I was told I should. I never had to chase anyone down for information. Best of all, my car looked great when I picked it up. I felt that the Plaza team really bent over backwards to make sure I was pleased. Brian Baum's team did an exceptional job on repairing my vehicle that was damaged due to a hail storm. The insurance company once again, underestimated the repairs and he made sure they paid for all of the damage that was caused by the hail. Brian kept me well informed and the whole team was extremely polite and professional throughout the entire process. When I did get my vehicle back, it looked brand new and was spotless, inside and out. I will definitely be coming back to Plaza for all of my future body repair and paint work. Thanks!

The only issue I have is that when the cameras are initiated (shifting into reverse) a small box outlined in red appears on the driver's side. Should it be there? And what can I do to remove it?

Megan and Paul kept me informed every step of the way. They were friendly
and helpful. They even delivered our car to the dealership so we could pick it up
on a Saturday. We traveled 130 miles each way to use Plaza Collision and we would do it again.

The team found hidden damage after the visible damaged area of the vehicle was disassembled. The detail given to bringing the vehicle back to like new condition was impressive. I am extremely satisfied with the appearance of the vehicle after repair.
