**** hour notice to pick up car. Told at 5 pm through rental car company, called collision center directly after. "Oh yeah, car will be ready in an hour...insurance will only cover up to today". So i get a **** hour notice while taking care of kid to refuel rental, drop off, get to glendale.
Get car, notice next day interior panel not completely on car.
Notice paint of some sort still on window needed to cleaned off still.
Noticed tape marks still on roof I could not get off myself.
Noticed **** marks on interior panel on arm rest.
Your employees ran over nail, had to get new tire..was notified via email.
A 4 day job turned into 7.
No, was not a good experience, would not recommend

Great experience. The process for getting my car estimated and repaired was convenient and quick. I enjoyed having the nice ladies at the front of the collision service center help me through every step. They helped turn a very bad circumstance/ situation into a pleasant experience. I loved that they were able to work directly with the other individual's insurance, and that I didn't have to take on the extra responsibility for that communication. Also the repair makes my beautiful wrangler look brand new again. Much thanks.

It would have been helpful for the rep that made the initial call regarding bringing in my jeep for repair to have given all necessary information needed to a new Glendale customer such as location, rental car vs loaner car, walk around vehicle upon pick upiinstead of handing me the final paperwork and telling me to have a nice evening.

Glendale Chrysler was very professional!! They took the burden off of me. They coordinated safelite autoglass with the repair of my tailgate. They also underpromised and over delivered. My van wasn't going to be finished for two days and they finished it in one!!! Awesome. When I picked up my van, it was so clean: inside and out! The final thing we were so impressed with was you didn't charge us for diagnostics because you were able to diagnosis in 5 minutes. Thank you for your honesty and excellent service!
