Glendale chrysler was great with the repair. Only issue I had was the texts were sent to me but they said “hi Herbert”. This is my car,I brought it in and signed everything and gave them my number. His name was not on anything.

Repair was quick and better than expected
Truck was completed but it was not completed correctly. The rear back up sensors were not working.
Everyone who worked at this location was so kind and amazing. I was really nervous about gwttinf my car repaired but everyone there was so accommodating and talked me through every step so well. Thank you for making this unfortunate situation as smooth and convenient as possible. If my car ever needs any work in the future I will return here. Thanks again!
They called and said the car was ready, I got there and it wasn’t ready, I ask about all the things they were to do and they forgot one and now I have to drop it off again on Friday since I’m leaving for vacation it needs to be fixed before I leave this weekend. I know that I started in the collision dept and then it was to go down to service dept but it’s a big unconvinced since I don’t live close and it’s the day before I leave. Dan S
I wouldn’t trust anyone else to fix my jeep quality work and fast turn around and always helpful
My salesman told me to have my Jeep at the dealer on Monday at 8:00 am so the vendors (windshield repair and pin stripe removal - both owed to me from my purchase a week earlier) could complete the jobs. When I arrived at the service counter at 7:45, they only saw an "open ticket" for me, with no detail. They had to contact the salesman, only to be told "the vendor didn't show". I have my doubt on the accuracy on this response, as the details on the work order would have been more clear. The "couple hours" repair had me waiting until 5:15pm to retrieve my vehicle. Very disappointing from a customer service aspect.

I was told my car would be washed and vacuumed. It had rubbing compound on different places on the outside and the interior was dirty. My engine light was on also. I am planning to call about that.
Live communication regarding updates would be more helpful. Your text updates are confusing. I actually got a text several days after I picked up my Jeep saying it would be ready that evening
