Car promised on Tuesday delivered on Thursday and would not start when I picked it up. Called on Wednesday, promised call back, no call. Work was very good. Customer service was terrible.

It took an extra day for repairs to be completed, due to what I was told was a delay in receipt f parts. I received no information regarding the delay and when I picked my car up it had an adsitonal 50 pkus miles than when I dropped it off. There was no need to drive my vehicle, as all repairs were body related. Very disappointed with this.

The work on the vehicle was good, but the repair took twice as long as I was initially told it would and there was not communication to let me know. I received texts telling my when they thought it would be ready, but then that time would pass and I didn't receive any notice. I had to call 3 times to find out what was going on. When I did call, the employees were very nice.

An experience you will find no where else in an industry thick with shady dealerships and ex-con repair shops. My 4th conteact with Harbs that goes back 12 years. I rwceived on the level high quality people turning out the best body and repair I have ever exoerienced. Not once have I been over charged or lied to. I can offer50-**** odds you cannot say the same. If you can, you probably arw at Harbs getting your work done.
