I was very happy with the quality of the repair work and the timeliness and quality of the service. My only complaint is that before releasing he car to me, the technicians inflated all my tires to 40 psi, which adversely impacted the cars comfort and handling (and potentially safety). The recommended pressure for the tires is 32 psi (I usually inflate them to 34 psi).

Customer Service was good, job was finished quickly just make sure you clean out the paper on the driver side and leaves/debris were in my trunk that were not there when I dropped off the vehicle. Also the carpet that covers the trunk was still open with the spare tire cover loose. The rest of the car was clean. Customer Satisfaction is important don't rush to hand off a car before these things are done, and I could tell it was rushed. This did not happen last time I used your services. However, the front desk and estimator were friendly and good with customer service, and also keeping me notified about my car.

I was so impressed by the quality of service I received. Not only was my bumper fully repaired, it was done several days earlier than I was originally quoted. Since I couldn't get away from work, they brought my car to me, and then returned my rental for me. And my car was washed! Absolutely above and beyond work done by a friendly and accommodating staff. I highly recommend.
