We brought my car in after a fender-bender after seeing that Apple Auto Body is recommended by Allstate. Mike looked at my car promptly and said he would work directly with Allstate for payment. Apple continued to send me updates on the progress of my repair. The projected date was on a Tuesday. I told Mike that I had a road trip planned, and he was able to get my car back to me on Friday, four days before the projected date!!! The repairs were excellent AND my car was cleaned inside and out!!! I strongly recommend Apple Auto Body to anyone needing timely, professional and courteous repairs!!!

Although I did receive updates relating to the repair status the estimated completion date changed twice. It would be helpful if the customer was informed why the change was required. Additionally, in the last update I received I was advised my car was 'ready to come home' and I could arrange to pick it up the next day. I called Apple the next morning to be certain the car was ready before making the trip and I was advised by a very nice young lady that the car was in fact not ready for pick up yet since they still needed to complete the NYS Inspection I had asked to be done when I dropped the car off for repair. If I had called to verify the vehicle was 'ready to go home' I would have had an issue returning a car rental.

The repair looks great! And I know, when you take a damaged car in for an estimate for repair, the repair time is also only an estimate - mine ended up extended. But some people (not me - I had an extra car I could, and had to, rely on) might be banking on that estimate so they can get back to their normal routines - very important after the trauma of a car accident. Anyway, many thanks for your good work!
