The technicians who did the repair on my vehicle did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the work. The service technician though was pleasant, but not ignorant of the Lindsay systems. I made an appointment to bring my car into Lindsay. When I told Doug that I had an appointment and gave him my last name, he INSISTED that I did not have any appointment, but Lindsay could work on the car. There was no guarantee that I would get it back when originally promised when I made the appointment. After insisting that I had an appointment, Doug finally found it, but after getting the claim number. Dealing with Doug made me question using Lindsay after I was impressed with the damage assessment estimate process which caused me to use Lindsay for the repair in the first place.
