My jeep looked great. When I came to pick it up even the inside looked good it was vacuumed and everything. You guys kept in contact every step of the way and I loved that about you guys alot of places keep you in the dark about how long it will be or what parts you are waiting on. Great place to have your car fixed.

Overall a good experience for a bad situation. I suggest when talking about insurance payments, comments like, "if they pay" not be made to your customers. Especially, when all requests had been paid except for the last one. It was being processed.I never doubted my insurance, as I have been with them for 40 years. But, others may interpret it in a bad light.

There was a lack of communication between the shop, insurance and myself. Which made Waste a lot of time from work. The notifications were not accurate, creating a transportation issue/discomfort to a family of 6 with a handicap person. Other than that, the work done on the vehicle is so far so good. From the time I delivered my vehicle to Coggin Collision Orange Park until I picked it up today I was treated like I was their only customer with such professionalism and respect. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and called or texted with progress made on my Nissan Rogue. We were very happy with our experience at Coggin Collision at Orange Park and will recommend them to anyone needing their services.

It took a ridiculously long time to take care of some body work and every time i called i got some kind of excuse as to why it wasn't done "oh we had to order parts", "oh we just got your parts in today we're working on it now" i got texts saying my car was in paint amd to be in reassembly next then when i called a few days later they said they had to order MORE parts. Why were all the parts that they needed not ordered at the same time? The adjuster went over what all needed to be done so would you not have checked inventory to make sure you had EVERYTHING you needed before you started the job? I was very inconvienced by this whole situation, it took almost 2 ****/2 weeks when i was quoted 8 days. You got my car on the 11th. Its thr 30th. I appreciate Julie (i think that was her name) dealing with me crying last Friday and compensated me an oil change for the wait. I really do appreciate it. And you guys did great work i was just unhappy with how things were handled. I don't need a phone call or anything, just for the future try to think about how you do things

I appreciate everything you get cogon collision center did for me the customer service was very very good I just have one complaint the geico representative that you guys have there was not very professional because each time that I tried to reach out to her I never received a call back or any type of communication regarding the claim that I had so you may want to check with her what check would geico and see about improving net of the dinette the service with cogon was excellent

The Staff in the collision center were outstanding. They were advocates for me with the Insurance Company and the work done on my car was outstanding. Would recommend your company to anyone needing work on their vehicle
