The hood is not line up with fender????. They probably attempt once to do it . But broke my little winow behind the rear view mirror . When doing so . That not the same window I could tell by Nissan logo on the window. They replaced it .When I bought the car in for an estimate Nancy told me week I had to call her back after we can ask her what was going on . she said well it could be 10 days to two weeks . That's not what she told me in the beginning .Rude. I told her it cost me money to have a car here she said you got a rental car from the insurance . But the car did not include the daily taxes and the extra gas I had a put in the car going back-and-forth to work 90 miles a day round trip. Between rental car my cost extra gas over 125 dollars . My Nissan gets great gas mileage . When "I "call to confirm the original appointment she said that everything was set to go that Monday. Then she said she sent me an email on Friday to confirm and I never responded . Why would I respond when I had talk to or the day before and I thought everything was great . When I got there on Monday she act like she didn't want to do it to fix my car . I could tell you why things don't lined up on the car because the hood is not the correct hood the new one has more of a curve to it . They put the wrong make or model model on it . The reason why didn't Call back about the problem I don't want to pay for a rental car . But every time I see the surveys in the email i've been getting irritated . I guess there's nothing nobody can do at this point . But that costing me more money somehow. I would definitely not recommend getting your car fixed there .
Your care of me during my visit was exhibited by the personal attention given to me . The attentiveness to answer questions from my son . Treated as though I was the only customer. Thank you for a wonderful experience
The repair work was excellent. However, the front passenger seat belt did not work when I picked up the car and there were black finger prints on the inside roof uphlostery. I brought the car back on Saturday morning and both problems were resolved immediately. I was very happy with the service. Everyone was very accomodating and courteous.
I appreciated the gems efficiency and courtesy throughout the process. Front desk staff did call Enterprise a couple of times as there was a delay ( not a big deal but glad your staff attended to that for me). I liked that I received periodic updates to keep me posted. Thanks again for a great experience.
Excellent service and communication. Car was ready 2 days earlier than expected. Clean facility. Will definitely use and recommend in the future.
The entire staff was amazing and Mr. John helped me out getting to and from my rental car place. Much appreciated for the individual attention. My car was sparkling when I picked it up!

William was absolutely wonderful. Although my car was done a day past the promised date, William went out of his way to keep me updated through the process and even took extra care of my Camry, by washing and vacuuming it out! He even detailed some other sections that weren't even remotely included, but in doing so, showed he cared about making my experience a great one. I would highly recommend them to friends and family!

I could not be more satisfied. Nancy kept me notified through text regularly and was very knowledgeable and helpful about my car and the process. John and Nancy both went iver the invoice and what was done with both my father and I. They were very helpful.
