Took longer than expected was the only downfall. Glad insurance was paying for the rental or I would have been upset. Took time to order the parts so not sure what the hold up was.

Everything went well up to the point were I picked up my car and found it had been dented in the shop. When I brought the truck in it was in perfect shape outside of the accident damage that was to be repaired. The truck is brand new only 6 months old and in perfect condition, again outside the damage it was in for. My point is that this was known when I brought it in and for it to be given back with a dent in it was a bit shocking to me. I am also a little disappointed that someone in the shop would do this and not own up to it before delivery.

Unfortunately this was the second time I've used collision pros I only say that because who really enjoy s. Getting in a accident. With that said both time's I could not have used a better Repair shop our car was better than before it was in the accident.

I had a great experience at your shop. All the people there were very helpful & friendly. Even your associates (the guy that pulled out the dent) are nice & proficient at what they do. The shop itself was clean & nice looking and the coffee was good. And finely, my dent is as if it was never there. Thank you so much for all your help.
