The ladies at Excel collision were amazing, the entire staff was. They took over everything so I wouldn't have too, they kept me updated constantly, even got on a 3 way call with the insurance company. They assisted me in getting my car to the dealership to have the A.C. fixed before I even picked up my car. This is hands down some of the best customer service I have experienced. The staff was very friendly, and very knowledgeable. They walked me through every step and even helped me set up a rental car, which was there to pick me up quickly.
The response time to fix my car was true to how long they said it would take and it came back looking brand new.

Excel collision communicated so well. I never had to call and ask what the status was on my vehicle because the would call and update me. They took care of everything so I never had to worry about calling insurance or the rental car company. They also did a great job on the repairs and made sure my vehicle was clean and ready to go when I picked it up.
