When I asked for updates I was told three times it was going to paint the next day and that was over a period of over a month. You could have been honest, I would have understood. Also, it came back with the rear end out of line and the alignment shop said it couldn't be aligned. It looked flawless but in reality it wasn't.

I am very happy with the results of your hard work and attention to details. I was crushed when I ran over a tree stump that I had forgot about being there. And new I needed to get it fixed. My insurance company suggested Greer Brothers. My daughter had them fix her car about 20 years ago, and I was very impressed with the the work they did then. If I have to get a repair in the future I will choose Greear Brothers body shop.

There were problems caused by the workers but once the concerns were brought to the attention of the POC, Erich, he resolved them. The issues included someone at the shop running the battery down on the vehicle causing the vehicle to need jump started and then leaving me stranded resulting in purchasing a new battery. The cost of the battery was turned into insurance and reimbursed. Also, my key fob was broken and a new one will be purchased by Geer Brothers and calibrated by Moses Honda in Barboursville on 9-27-21.
