From John in Hatfield, to Beth in Fairless Hills, to the final women back to Hatfield, I was very impressed with their professionalism. But you know what was the ultimate, every one was oh so friendly. When employees are happy, management in Peruzzi must be treating them right. Keep up the good work. In addition to the accident repair, I had other repairs done that had occurred over the course of 8 years and 95,000 miles and am very pleased with all the work that was done. In addition John was very good at explaining everything and staying in touch with what was going on and when I could expect to get my car back. An overall rating of A For the Peruzzi Collision Center.

I was, on the whole very pleased with both the repair work and the Customer Service I received. However, **** very tiny thing came to light just today, Thursday, 2/11/16. I have a pair of "deer whistles" on the front of my car. To work properly, they must face front. My deer whistles are now both facing to the left! How that happened, I can't imagine. The repair was totally in the back! Perhaps during the car wash? Anyway, it's a small matter, and I think, easily fixed, so no problem. Just mentioned it because it's so strange. Barb Lotz

Three completion dates were given and the car was not ready! The first completion date, the car hadn't even be started due to the insurance company not getting out to see additional damage but peruzzi NEVER contacted me about that! I called the day before to find out. The communication was horrible!! In the 5 weeks it took to repair the car, I only received 2 updates and BOTH were delaying the completion date. Now I finally picked up the car last night and I'm heading back there today because my dashboard "service parking assist" light is on! I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with my experience. In the least I would have thought Peruzzi would have paid for my 45 inspection!

The whole Peruzzi team were very friendly and knowledgeable. The work that was done on my car they did a very good job and they match the paint up to the exact color of my car .
