End product is good. Don't always keep customer updated did not hear anything for 6 days n that's after receiving text updates after receiving constant daily updates. Be consistent not frustrate ur customer. Svc rep was****
The work looks very good. But, communication regarding when work is to be complete is not good. Dates changed for two weeks again, both texts and our service techs info. Our tech**** was great except for communicating realistic completion dates.

Because of incomplete job, I declined to pick up my car and is still with the collision shop. I called Nationwide, my insurance company, to complain and they will be getting back with you.
I’m not happy that my bumper was repaired instead of replaced. The end of bumper has dents. Gas cap was cut off and I know for a fact the I had over a half tank of gas. Not understanding why the gas cap was taken off anyway. Very disappointing.
I shared my concerns with Eddie Zimmerman. This was the only complaint I have had in 20 years of great service at Jones.

I had rear door repair done to my 2019 Ram. Doors do not line up. Was told to notify my salesperson. I did that. He told me to contact Larry Croft. I did that. Meeting Larry Croft this coming Tuesday. He assured me it would get fixed. John, my point of contact did a good job with communication.
