When I first dropped my car off for repair there was one guy working and it took he never acknowledged me. I had to say something to him. He was too busy on doing an estimate to greet me. Then several days later I got a text saying my car would b done by 4:00 that evening. When I got there the same guy said it wasn't done and that I would have to come back the next day. I told him I had gotten the text and he said to just ignore the text. The lady that was working with him could tell I was frustrated and she went out of her way to check on the status of my car. Come to find out it was finished. If it wasn't for her I would've left since the guy didn't bother to check it him self. I will never bring another car there again for repair. I have purchased from beechmont ford in the past and because of this negative experience I never will again.

First Joy the body shop associate, never called me to say that the car was ready, I just showed up and she then said that I could have it and it was ready, so after 20 minutes of transferring all of the things in the rental car to my car, I went to drive away and the ac did not work, so I transferred everything from my car back to the rental and she said she would call when it was completed, so I called a few days later and was told that it's all ready, so when I got there, and was told it's all ready. I tried to start it and it had a dead battery so after the technician jump started it now the dash screen was completely wiped clean ie...the time radio, calendar and the calendar won't work at all, so now after having the car back fo just a day...I have noticed that some of the push pins in the fender wells are both loose and missing, there is a shield or guard that is partially missing and broken. I am hoping to drive it and look it over a little better in the next few days because I am out of town so much that I can't afford to keep bringing it in on day for one thing and two days later for something else, I have not been very happy with the service in general at Beechmont Ford but I think you have alot of potential. 25 years ago I ran a dealership service department so I do know what is involved it doing things properly.
