My car went to Honda repair for damage caused by another driver. Honda did fix the damages done by the other driver, however, they created more damage while doing so. 2 areas of paint were ripped off of the roof of my vehicle while under the care of Honda.When I took my car back to Honda so they could fix it they only repaired **** of the spots. I have pictures showing the damage to my car after the accident and my roof was fully intact. It was not until Honda "repaired" my vehicle did the missing spots of paint occur.
everything was great just make sure the person working on my car isn't dirtying it.
I really appreciate the entire team going above and beyond to get my car ready earlier than anticipated as I had to go out of town for a family medical situation. It saved me money for a rental car and gave me peace of mind to have my own car. Thank you for that consideration and working hard to get my car completed without compromising the quality of work.
The repair looks great! I'm very upset with the progressive examiner. I was lied to and all the repairs that needed done were not. I was told that it couldn't be included in the claim but the damage came from the collision. I have escalated my concerns to progressive.

The only complaint is how dusty the inside of my car was when I picked it up. Other than that I was satisfied.
A two day repair has now turned in to two weeks and counting. Very disappointed with our experience.

I went in to get my car and no one walked it over with me upon pick up. I had my daughter who was fussy and wasn't sure if I was just thinking it looked weird. Upon getting back to my house, I was able to look and the right side of the back bumper where it attaches doesn't seem like it fit in completely or isn't locked in. The gap on that side is larger than on the other side. I will have to call back tomorrow to see if they can take a look at it because I feel like it just isn't completely in.
Great service, welcoming hospitality, free refreshments, comfortable atmoshere, and of course, professional grade repair service. Also, it was unexpected, but I appreciated the interior cleaning of my car when I picked it up. I was transferred to Lejeune Honda about a year ago by my insurance company, but after I got into this recent collision, I specifically chose Lejeune Honda, and would highly recommend their business to anyone that needs auto repairs.
