This was my first Service at Hoffman and I did not receive clear directions on where to go when I booked the appointment as well as when I arrived. I got stuck in the service line it was difficult to get out of the garage. Staff was less than helpful give me directions to the body shop.
I am otherwise satisfied with the work completed and quick service.

I thought the entire experience was exceptional! Solid teamwork between the insurance companies, enterprise car rental and Hoffman ford. They kept me informed every step along the way. The quality of work was excellent.
I was surprised at how quickly the car was repaired. Made the appointment on Monday and repairs completed by Friday morning.
