Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful which makes a difference during a stressful situation. They were accessible and kind. They helped with all aspects of body work and rental and the car was unbelievably clean upon pickup!

Having a vehicle in need of repair is never a joyous event, especially when you’re not at fault, however as a repeat customer I knew this Gerber team would take good care of me. They did not disappoint! The staff communicated very well throughout the process, was friendly and had great connections with rental car companies and insurance agencies. Had a slight hiccup with not all parts available but are still forthcoming, highly recommend!
