Your group provided some of the best service I have experienced in a long time. The front desk woman I would give her an A+++++.My insurance company cancelled my rental car in error at last minute. She reached out to my insurance company and the car rental place to get everything resolved very quickly. The continuous updates on car status were greatly appreciated. Fast service completed work in half the estimated time. Initial estimate was 2 weeks I had it back in 8 days. You did fantastic work looks good as new. Picking it up was a breeze and dropping off the rental car at Caliber was a breeze. I would highly recommend. You have a fantastic staff!!

The driver side window feels like it’s scraping on something. The is a place on the back door handle where you missed. Again very small

The repair process was very And seamless. I was constantly updated. On my vehicle’s progress. When dropping off my vehicle, I had my rental car ready so I was able to go right back to work. And upon completion, I was able to leave the same rental car at the collision center, which made everything that much easier for me. My truck looks like nothing happened to it Great work.
