I wasn't notified when tailgate was ready I had to check on status myself. When I came to get tailgate it did not close just right but they Adjusted the latch striker and it shut better but tailgate did not Align just right with the truck rear end although rear end had a ding On it I felt the damaged tailgate aligned better than new one. Staff is Very friendly and helpful but did not feel they had attention to detail..

Brent was very helpful and knowledgable. Will Definately use them for any future needs.
