I was totally happy with body work , the detailing of inside and out,getting work done on time, and having my car running and warm when I arrived.
I do have a suggestion and that involves the rental vehicle I had to drive, a Kia Sole. The car would not have been an issue any other time , but now we have snow.
I think that if the vehicle the customer is turning in is an all wheel drive, SUV,truck or other large vehicle and the vehicle the rental company is sending over is a compact car give the customer that knowledge in advance.
I would have gladly paid for an upgrade so that I had a vehicle more suited for this time of year and where I live.
Just a suggestion to consider.

Take the car for a test drive. We had to bring the car back because there was a hose to the power steering that was not on right. There was a puddle of fluid on our driveway the next morning. We had to take the car back. I was a little bit of an in convinence.
