My experience was great i was given updates about my vehicle via text wich is awesome. Im pretty busy at work and it was nice getting the texts to see the status of my vehicle. Whenever there was a major status I recieved a phone call which wad appropriate. My vehicle looks good as new like it never was damaged. I look forward in doing business with Alamo Toyota by getting my vehicle tinted

Thank you for removing the floor mats and vacuuming. Next time don't forget to secure the mats with the grommets and latches which are standard with Toyota trim packages. They are there to make sure the driver floor mat doesn't slide forward and interfere with the operation of the accelerator and brake pedals.
