First time experience with handling a wreck and insurance. Dale was helpful, prompt and guided me thru the process with insurance company. Tammy was professional and friendly. She is a great representative of the employees at Red Bank Body. I was impressed with how easy Dale made it for me. When I picked up my car I felt like I had a new vehicle. Perfect repair, washed, vacuumed.. Priceless. Thanx to all employees at Red Bank Body. My son had used their services and highly recommended. I will recommend to others as well.

Your waiting room is comfortable & well done.
Your communication (texting & phone) regarding your progress is exceptional.
The quality of your work is excellent and timely.
To say that my car was ready and Mike would bring it up was a bit unrealistic. I'm not sure where he had to go to get it. I was under the impression it would be a few minutes. It was closer to 30 minutes, which would have been fine.....if I had known or if your staff had made that clear. I stood there waiting and the office staff acted as though I was invisible. It isn't a big deal, but you get an A on everything except that and on that you get a C.

The car looks great not issues with the repair work. I did have one concern when I first got back in the car after picking it up the check engine light was on. Not entirely sure what was wrong as when I brought it back the error code was accidentally wiped. Hopefully nothing comes of the light and it was just a random error. I am happy with the work and will recommend this shop to others.

The entire staff from Tammy at the front desk to Paul that did the estimate for us were all very nice and helpful. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction even walking us to the car and asking us to look over it once we got home and make sure we have/had no questions or problem with their work. This was the most responsive, professional body shop with whom I have ever done business. Paul kept us in the loop from the beginning to the end of the process. Our truck was ready for us to pick up in record time. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.
