Radiator hose clamp left loose and hose blew off. Plan to return. Could have been worse if engine had overheated.

I was very pleased with the service from the day of the estimate until I picked up my repaired truck. The process was very easy and everyone was friendly and professional. The repairs were very well done. They went beyond what was necessary and the truck looks better than it did even before the wreck. I will use Red Bank Body again.

I did not feel like going back to complain about it because I had a lot going on, but I had a mirror replaced,amongst other things, and there were spots on my new mirror. It's not a huge deal but if I have something completely replaced I would expect it to be close to perfect. There is also a piece near my glove box that is pulled out of place that wasn't before. I'm glad to have my car back but I wasn't completely satisfied and I thought I would be. On another note, the rest of the car looks great and there are other details that I feel they went above their call of duty on and I appreciate that a lot.
