Justin was amazing! I work really long hours and commute but wanted to go to service king because they came highly reviewed and preferred by my insurance. I was disappointed in the adjuster and repairs. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and noticed a paint chip on the bumper. I was told that only the damage area is repaired and that was a chip from a rock. I asked how you know if it is old or new damage because it is on the side where my damage is. Then I noticed a chip paint in the cease near the grill and bumper. The adjuster stated it was already there so they tried to smooth it out. I said it was not because there was no damage to my grill. He replied the the bumper was taken off and the area of damage was repaired and a clear coat was sprayed on the entire bumper. I asked how can you clear coat the entire bumper and leave chip paint near the damage area. He replied that the insurance company will not allow them to paint the entire bumper but yet he claimed they buffed out a chip nearly grill. I looked some more and noticed that there was discoloration near the fog light where the repairs were completed. I asked if this from the tape they pulled off and he said yes. Now, I’m not body shop person but I know you do not use tape if the bumper was taken of the car to be sprayed. He asked if I satisfied and he did not want be to leave if I was not. I replied I’m not paying until my car is fix. I asked to see my paperwork. I asked how can you charge my insurance company for 4 hours of work then 2 hours on misc for the bumper when you only did half the work. But you charge the full amount. I left and contacted my insurance rep. I explained the situation and he did not understand how you clear coat the entire bumper and only paint half the bumper. My rep stated he was going to contact the manager. Nevertheless, I got my repairs taken care of. I did not want to my deductible but that the only way I was going to get my car back. I’m really disappointed that people are not honest and continues to try and get over on women. Its really sad and I should be compensated or receive a discount for my inconvenience.
