I just found out the hard way that my horn still does not work. When I picked up my car, that was delivered to me by the pregnant gal, she did not go over with me the repairs that were done to my car. I went to check my horn this morning and it didn't work and almost died because the car didn't see me. Slightly exaggerated, although I feel my horn should be working. - The lack of communication between you and the customer is horrible.
-Set realistic due dates.
-Detail the vehicle when the work has been completed; never deliver a dirty/stained vehicle.
- Don’t sound bothersome when the customer calls you to get an update of their vehicle.
- I thought being a loyal customer of Cox for many years- I would have the same excellent experience just when I do when I visit the service department and/or purchasing a new vehicle. But, I will definitely not go back to the body shop; I had a horrible experience.
Customer service is the number one priority that your body shop should have. Remember, that you are not the only body shop in town and your customers will eventually go to your competitor.
I went to retrieve my vehicle and the radio had an enter code message on it so I had to find the code and turn it back on and also noticed when I left cox my hood was not closed and when I stopped to secure it I noticed the cap that goes over the fuse box was completely off so Thankfully I caught these issues. Also found marijuana bits in a little stash case on backseat floorboard that I threw away when inspecting the repairs myself.
Everyone was very nice, especially Corine & the Service woman (w/ long Blonde hair). Sorry, I forgot her name.
Get rid of your automated update system. Inaccurate and then lied to by mgt about being ready
Made it very clear this vehicle was s commercial use vehicle and need it fast or I would take it elsewhere. Cost me over )$500 in lost income on a busy week end as a uber driver “St Pats Day”
Told not ready Friday as promised . Went to pick it up Monday and told it was ready Friday and sat on your lot all weekend.
Mistakes happen, but lies are manufactured.

I'm very satisfied with the work that was done on my car and the service I received. I was continually kept in the loop on the process during my car repair. The repair was done correctly and efficiently. I received my car clean inside and out! Thank you for such a tremendous job!
Scratches on the back door panel
I was impressed with how the whole process was handled. From the efficient and friendly service when bringing my car in for repair, to the text messages updates. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the message that my car was ready to pick up on Friday instead of Monday. Upon returning my rental and receiving my vehicle, I was also pleased with the politeness and helpful staff. And then another text message confirming that I had picked up my vehicle. Pleasant experience all around. As well as having my vehicle beautifully repaired.
The car looks perfect and the whole process was a breeze. 110% satisfied! Thank you!

How you guys kept in touch and how fast it got done
They never checked the tire like they told me they were supposed to. There are still scratches on the side of my vehicle that we’re supposed to be repaired. They lost a cap for my tire to fill up the air. Extremely disappointed and not satisfied.

I am bringing my car back on Wednesday for a small dent that they did not repair I don’t quite know why but they are going to fix it then. I don’t know why it wasn’t fixed the first time
