The service at Brighton Ford unsurpassed my expectations! Not only was my repairs done on time, the communication during the process was almost daily which I appreciated. The unexpected surprise was my car was detailed!!! It was in better shape then when I dropped it off. This was 5 star treatment! I can not thank you enough for your help. It was a bummer getting hit on the expressway but Brighton Ford turned it into a great experience. I cannot thank you enough for everything!!!!!

Vehicle is back in your shop after check engine light and engine overheating light came on within 5 miles of leaving shop. Manager is taking care of issue and vehicle is being towed back for repairs.
